700X Automatic Pump Control Valve – For Water Pump Protection & Pressure Relief

The 700X type water pump control valve consists of a main valve, an electromagnetic pilot valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a check valve, a travel switch, a micro-filter, and a pressure gauge, forming a hydraulic control connection system. When the water pump needs to stop working, the main valve closes 90% under the action of the incoming water pressure, and the water pump then stops running. The remaining 10% is closed by the return water pressure, which effectively prevents the occurrence of water hammer. When the water pump stops working, the electromagnetic pilot valve first closes, the main valve control chamber stops draining, the pressure in the control chamber rises, and the main valve starts to close. This control valve is energy-saving and electricity-saving, easy to maintain, and the water pump stops stably. It is widely used in water supply pipeline systems such as high-rise buildings and residential areas, as well as urban water supply projects.

Description

Automatic Pump Control Valve

Automatic Pump Control Valve Engineered for reliability and system integrity, this valve provides comprehensive protection and precise flow management for critical pumping installations. Its core function is to safeguard equipment by instantly relieving excess pressure and preventing damaging water hammer, while automatically modulating operation to maintain optimal and stable conditions.

Ideal for use in municipal water networks, industrial cooling systems, and large-scale irrigation, its robust, self-contained mechanical design ensures fail-safe performance without external power. This results in significantly extended equipment lifespan, reduced maintenance costs, and enhanced operational safety, offering engineers a dependable solution for long-term hydraulic system performance.
