Fluorine Lined Ball Valves (also known as PTFE/PFA lined chemical ball valves or corrosion-resistant ball valves) are quarter-turn full-bore isolation valves designed for reliable, zero-leakage control of highly aggressive acids, alkalis, and toxic chemicals. Featuring a seamless virgin fluoroplastic lining fully encapsulated over the cast body and ball, these valves completely isolate internal metallic parts from corrosive media, ensuring exceptional service life in demanding chemical processes.

Engineered for low torque operation and full-flow passage, these lined ball valves perform seamlessly alongside our industrial butterfly valves and connect directly into acid piping loops using precision-forged industrial flanges.
